These terms govern use of the ORIGINS Nexus website. A client engagement begins only when the parties agree the scope, responsibilities, fees and engagement terms in writing.
1. General information
Website content is provided for general information about ORIGINS Nexus and its services. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, audit, assurance, investment or funding advice.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
Business, compliance, tax, funding and regulatory outcomes depend on facts, documentation, third parties and public authorities. ORIGINS Nexus does not guarantee approvals, filings, assessments, funding, payment dates, investment outcomes or decisions controlled by another party.
3. Service scope
Published prices are starting prices. Final fees, turnaround time, inclusions and exclusions depend on record quality, transaction volume, number of accounts, reporting periods, complexity, statutory fees, software costs and third-party professional requirements.
4. Promotional support and free resources
Free guided CSD setup is limited to qualifying businesses and available capacity. Company-registration assistance is free only during the stated promotional period. Official CIPC fees and other third-party charges remain payable by the applicant unless ORIGINS Nexus expressly confirms sponsorship in writing.
The Beneficial Ownership Template Pack is general guidance and a working template. It does not file information with CIPC, replace prescribed forms or processes, determine the correct legal treatment of complex ownership structures, or constitute legal advice.
5. Regulated and specialist work
Where work requires a registered tax practitioner, legal practitioner, auditor, independent reviewer, valuation specialist or another regulated professional, the work is separately scoped or referred to an appropriately qualified provider.
6. Diagnostic tools and calculators
Website diagnostics provide indicative educational outputs. They are not audits, assurance conclusions or professional opinions and should not be used as the sole basis for a material decision.
7. Intellectual property
The ORIGINS Nexus name, original graphics, service architecture, written content, diagnostic structure and website design are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may not reproduce, resell or present them as your own without written permission.
8. External links and services
Links to email, WhatsApp, cloud platforms or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person or use the site for unlawful activity.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORIGINS Nexus is not liable for loss caused by reliance on general website information, service interruptions, third-party platforms or information supplied inaccurately or incompletely by a user.
